- Bring enough filtered water to a boil to both warm the filter holder and brew the coffee. When the water comes to a boil, pour some hot water into filter holder and filter to warm them, put the rest of the water to the side and let it sit for 30 seconds.
- Grind your fresh coffee to a medium/fine grind.
- Add a tablespoon of coffee for every 3oz/90ml of brewing water.
- With your water temperature now at 198F/92C pour the coffee over the grounds, making sure to cover all the grounds. Stir the coffee slowly as the coffee proceeds through the filter.
- Remove the filter and enjoy!
