  1. Bring enough filtered water to a boil to both warm the filter holder and brew the coffee. When the water comes to a boil, pour some hot water into filter holder and filter to warm them, put the rest of the water to the side and let it sit for 30 seconds.
  2. Grind your fresh coffee to a medium/fine grind.
  3. Add a tablespoon of coffee for every 3oz/90ml of brewing water.
  4. With your water temperature now at 198F/92C pour the coffee over the grounds, making sure to cover all the grounds. Stir the coffee slowly as the coffee proceeds through the filter.
  5. Remove the filter and enjoy!
