North Shore	Tuesday, Thursday	12:00pm - 6:00pm

We offer a direct delivery service which ensures that our customers are getting the freshest coffee possible. Remember, delivery, grinding (optional) and taxes are included in our prices!

Delivery Service Notes & Procedure:

• If you are interested in our coffees and live outside of the current delivery areas please let us know and we will try our best to make special arrangements to get our coffee to you.
• If you are not going to be present at the time of delivery please provide credit card details.
• Please let us know ahead of time if you live in a secure apartment building or need to be present for the delivery (for example, if you wish to make a cash payment); we can make special arrangements and will give a courtesy call 15-30 minutes prior to the arrival.
• As we roast our coffees to order to ensure freshness please make sure that your order has been placed by 6pm the day before desired delivery.
• We generally make our deliveries between 12-6pm. Please let us know if you need the delivery during a specific time period and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Return Policy

As we are selling a fresh food product we consider all sales final. Please contact us if you have any concerns or problems with your order and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
